ANED is a non-profit institution with more than 37 years of work supporting the economic and social development of the Bolivian population in rural areas, through micro-financial services.
To strengthen and improve its operational capabilities, ANED decided to develop a new Loan Portfolio System to replace the previous one that was no longer adequate to meet the needs of the entity and its clients.
ANED is also a highly decentralized entity with many agencies located in remote locations with difficult access to quality telecommunications service and modest equipment adapted to the difficult reality of many of its clients. The system they had was limited in its functionalities and gave a bad service to the agencies.
Through a business partner specialized in the microfinance field, we contributed to the creation of a Loan Portfolio System using state-of-the-art software development technology and practices.
