MINJUSDH is the entity in charge of advising the President of Peru on judicial and human rights issues.
The ministry has identified that it does not have the necessary conditions to provide a good service at its institutional headquarters in Metropolitan Lima. Among the services affected are: Public Defense, Popular Legal Advice and Conciliation.
To solve their need, the ministry must carry out studies within the framework of the National Public Investment System (SNIP). Consequently, a company specialized in the formulation of public investment projects is hired, which in turn entrusts us with aspects related to Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and Information Security of the ministry's information systems.
The final product was the recommendation of three activities. The construction and conditioning of a new Data Center, the acquisition of Computer Equipment and Accessories for the 8 evaluated sites (Metropolitan Lima) and the application of Information Security controls based on the ISO 27001 standard. All these activities were budgeted, and the estimated completion date was determined in each case.
